Requirements
iC Bypass Tools will not be responsible for any invalid information you provide, and it is your responsibility to verify that you provided valid data. You are acknowledging that you could possibly get emails from iC Bypass is not responsible for any emails that were not accepted by you in the event they get blocked or marked as spam. You understand and accept that you are fully responsible for providing correct and accurate information about yourself and your product. We will not be responsible for any invalid installments sent to an incorrect location, and any unclaimed finances may be subject to be collected by administrative powers under pertinent unclaimed subsidizes and escheat laws. You agree that we have no commitment to you if any of your unclaimed subsidies are turned over to administrative powers.

Acknowledging Condition and All Responsibilities
iC Bypass Tools Software was designed to help people who are faced with the problem of activation lock on iPhone or iPad(WIFI or GSM). Our website provides a solution to Bypass iCloud Activation Lock Screen and removes the lock on your iDevice.iC Bypass Software does not make any changes to the operating system of the iOS device. It is compatible with MAC OS only.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the licensed software (application) is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for the malfunction of your apple device or computer on which you are installing the iHfz Activator. Using of iHfz Activator software requires a computer connection with your iPhone or iPad via lightning cable.
iC Bypass tools it’s a bypassing tool. software is able to bypass iCloud lock on the device, but not fully remove it from Apple server.
What is a bypass? Is it the same process as unlock? – have to say that they are absolutely different things. When you unlock some restrictions – you fully remove them. They could not appear again.
But when you bypass something, for example Bypass Activation Lock Screen, you just pass over it, not fully delete it from your device.
So in case of restore or erase the lock will appear again and you will need to use iHfz Activatoronce more but for free. Please take into consideration that there is no option to restore your device from a backup after the bypassing process is complete, because it will get locked again!
iC Bypass Tolls is not responsible in such cases:

- Your Apple device is defective – broken screen, the power and volume buttons are not working.

- iCloud locked device have hardware issues.
iC Bypass Software is designed for education purpose and for personal, non-commercial and non-profit uses. That means that we have no responsibility for damaging or non software usage, for how and where you want to use your device (for personal use or for sale). This software is not for selling.
iC Bypass reserves the right to terminate or suspend your use of the iHfz Activator Software. If you do not comply with this Agreement or any other ic Bypass policy or procedure, we, in our sole discretion, can determine termination.

Use of the Software
iC Bypass offers a service that provides a license to use IBypass lpro Software for one device only. After you complete check out on the iHfz Activator website, you must agree to abide by the following terms in order to use the IBypass lpro Software:

- To translate or decompose software, export source code by decompiling and decomposing, or develop new software on the basic of iHfz Activator Software are not allowed;
